Client Onboarding Questionnaire Checklist
NOTE
This Checklist serves the purpose of providing a common suite of questions to ask when evaluating a potential new client to determine if they will be a good fit for No Clocks.

Checklist
- Describe your company and the products or services your business provides
- When does the project need to be finished? What is driving that?
- Who are the main contacts for this project and what are their roles?
- Who will be responsible for maintaining the website and how much time do they have for it?
- What are the objectives for your site? (e.g. increase traffic, improve sales rate, reduce time searching for information)
- How will we know if this project has been a success? (e.g. 20% increase in sales, 20% increase in traffic)
- What are three aspects of your current site that work well and why are they successful?
- What are your top three frustrations with your current website and why is that?
- Who is your target audience? Describe the different types of visitors to your website in as much detail as possible.
- How do you think your audience currently perceives your website?
- What do you imagine people using your site for? What will they want to do there? (e.g. search for information, sign up for an account, purchase a product)
- People are coming to your new site for the first time. How do you want them to feel about your company?
- Tell us a bit about your competition. Who are the major players in your field (including their website addresses)?
- Why do you believe website visitors should do business with you rather than with a competitor?
- Leaving your competitors aside, have you seen any sites recently that you’ve liked the visual design of? What did you like about it?
- Why do you want to work with 16by9?
- Any extra information you think will be helpful?
